How to: Increase or decrease paragraph spacing.
Solution:
Use the 'Increase Paragraph Spacing' or 'Decrease Paragraph Spacing' on the 'Formatting' toolbar.
Do one of the following to increase or decrease paragraph spacing.
1) To increase paragraph spacing:
a) Select the paragraph(s) in which to add space.
b) Click 'Increase Paragraph Spacing' toolbar button from the 'Formatting' toolbar, to add more space between the paragraph(s) selected.

2) To decrease paragraph spacing:
a) Select the paragraph(s) in which to decrease space.
b) Click 'Decrease Paragraph Spacing' toolbar button from the 'Formatting' toolbar, to decrease space between the paragraph(s) selected.
